Long-Term Electrical Support

For over four years, we’ve worked closely with Pinnacle Property Management, delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple residential sites in Winchester and Southampton. Our role has been to keep buildings safe, compliant, and pleasant places to live, while supporting Pinnacle’s reputation as a responsive, professional managing agent.

Our work has included fast reactive call-outs to restore lighting in communal areas at Wychwood Place, improving safety and security, alongside thoughtful lighting upgrades that addressed resident concerns around light spill while enhancing the look of shared spaces. At Saxon Gate, we provide ongoing electrical maintenance, including emergency lighting testing, large-scale light replacements, and full EICRs across a complex system of over 70 circuits and multiple fuse boards. The result is safer communal areas, higher resident satisfaction, consistent compliance, and the confidence that a trusted electrical partner is in place to support both residents and property managers long-term.
